Dodgeball is a team sport in which players on two teams try to throw balls and hit opponents while avoiding being hit themselves. The skills learnt in dodgeball provide the development of skills needed to participate in many other sports. These include agility, balance, coordination, throwing, catching and reactions. No experience is needed to play dodgeball, therefore, it is a brilliant sport for first timers, boys and girls of all ages. It is very easy to learn, action-packed and bundles of fun
