We have worked hard to ensure that Holiday Club is a COVID secure environment. This includes enhanced cleaning routines, segregated bubbles, reduced hours, advanced booking requirements and changes to collection and drop-off routines.
From Summer 2020 Government guidelines require that we keep children in fixed bubbles. These bubbles can not be mixed at all, therefore children will remain in the bubbles they have booked for the entire week. The staff in each bubble will also remain the same.

No, you must drop off and collect your child during the specified time slots. This is to allow us to maintain the bubble system and also to ensure that children are able to use the outdoor playground as much as possible. Dropping off your child early or late may result in refused entry.
Please contact us as soon as possible (0208 858 7977) to discuss if we will still be able to accommodate your child on that day.
If you are unable to keep to the specified pick-up and drop-off times on a particular day your child will not be able to attend. Regrettably, we are not able to offer drop-offs or pick-ups during the day. In these circumstances, refunds will not be provided.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide food. Please send your child with a packed lunch. Packed lunches must be free of whole nuts and nut spreads. We are unable to reheat food.
Please send your child to holiday club each day with a packed lunch (see above) and a refillable water bottle. You may also pack a fruit snack. In the case of wet weather please pack a waterproof jacket. In hot weather, we advise you send your child with a sun hat or cap.
Due to the current situation, all bookings must be for a full week and you must adhere to your bubbles drop off and collection time.
The government guidelines for out of school settings require us to keep children in fixed bubbles. During this time we have many if not more of our normal overheads. Therefore to maintain financial viability we are requiring children to be booked for a minimum of a week. You may book a week and attend less but you must book for and pay a minimum of one week.
No, any unused days are non-refundable.
Yes we do! Please select the pay by invoice option when checking out. Please note your place will not be confirmed until we receive remittance from your Child Care Voucher provider.
All bookings require at least 3 days notice. This is to allow us to properly plan and arrange the correct staffing.
Places can be refunded as long as they are cancelled at least 7 days in advance. Bookings cancelled with less than 7 day's notice cannot be refunded. Partial refunds, or refunds for days missed due to illness cannot be refunded.
