Attending Holiday Club

What are the opening hours of Holiday Club?

We are open from 08:00 to 18:00.

Is Holiday Club open to children who are not pupils of The Pointer School?

Yes, we are open to all children aged between 3 - 11 years old.

What should I do if I am running late to collect my child?

Please contact us as soon as possible (0208 858 7977) to inform us if you are going to be later than 6pm. Collections past 6pm are charged at £10 per 10mins.

Is lunch provided?

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide food. Please send your child with a packed lunch. Packed lunches must be free of whole nuts and nut spreads. We are unable to reheat food.

What should my child bring?

Please send your child to holiday club each day with a packed lunch (see above) and a refillable water bottle. You may also pack a fruit snack. In the case of wet weather please pack a waterproof jacket. In hot weather, we advise you send your child with a sun hat or cap.

BOOKING HOLIDAY CLUB

Can I book single, half or shorter days?

The minimum booking period is a full week.

What if I don’t use my full week can I get a refund on the unused days?

No, any unused days are non-refundable.

Do you accept the Tax-Free Childcare scheme?

Yes we do! Please select the pay by invoice option when checking out. Please note your place will not be confirmed until we receive remittance from your Tax-Free Childcare account.

Do you accept Child Care Vouchers?

Yes we do! Please select the pay by invoice option when checking out. Please note your place will not be confirmed until we receive remittance from your Child Care Voucher provider.

How far in advance do I/can I book?

All bookings require at least 3 days notice. This is to allow us to properly plan and arrange the correct staffing.

Can I get a refund?

Places can be refunded as long as they are cancelled at least 7 days in advance. Bookings cancelled with less than 7 day's notice cannot be refunded. Partial refunds, or refunds for days missed due to illness cannot be refunded.
