Maths Club is back at Pointers for the Spring term. Led by Dr. Dean, his innovative approach aims to cultivate a love for numbers and problem-solving, fostering both confidence and proficiency in young mathematicians. Armed with a PhD in Statistics in Medical Research and over 7 years of experience teaching and tutoring young, curious minds, Dr Dean is dedicated to making learning maths an engaging and enjoyable experience for every child. His innovative approach aims to cultivate a love for numbers and problem-solving by utilising practical math activities. Get ready for exciting sessions filled with fractions, simple algebra, statistics, geometry and mathematical problem-solving rooted in first-principle thinking and join the journey through the exciting world of maths!
