About Taekwondo

Taekwondo is the art of self-defence that originated in Korea. It is recognized as one of the oldest forms of martial arts in the world. The name was selected for its appropriate description of the art: Tae (foot), Kwon (hand), Do (art). As well as learning self-defence, your child will benefit from a great fitness session. It is also great for character building, building confidence and self-discipline. Taekwondo is one of our most popular after school clubs. Please note that this club will not run on 19/6 and the last session will be Friday the 26th June.
