Y2 trip to St Paul's Cathedral

Year 2 recently visited St Paul's cathedral as part of our topic about London, London's Calling. We found out all about the Great Fire of London, and how St Paul's Cathedral was burnt down for the 4th time in the fire. Then we found out about the building of the new cathedral, and how Christopher Wren designed the dome. We climbed the 300 steps to the dome and enjoyed spotting some of the London landmarks that we have been learning about all term. We had a great day!
